1.Do you ship to my country?
We can ship all over the world.
2.How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 2-7 business day and normally shipped within 10-20 business days in rare cases 20+ business days..
3.When will I receive tracking information:
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.
4.Why is the tracking number not working?
When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (3-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.
5.How do I change/modify my order?

6.How do I track my orders?

7.Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?
Sometimes it takes the information some time to update. If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station (may need 3-7 days). Sometimes the shipping company has not updated the package information.
8.Why was my order shipped separately?
We will send your order as soon as possible. So your order might have shipped separately from our different warehouses based on stock.
9.What is your return policy?
We accept return for refund within 30 days after delivery date (the date you received your package).
10.How do I return an item?
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
